    This code caused my aviator arsenal weapon to rapid fire but firing no bullet at all. Is this because I'm using the public beta version of BDA?

The mod conflict you're having is between SSTU and Modular fuel tanks. I tested it with all the configs for fuel wings removed and the loss of function is still there. You'd need to report this conflict/bug on the Modular Fuel tanks thread, and maybe on the SSTU thread to see if those 2 mod authors can work out a solution.

    @arsyad100 I'm not sure what's going on there, I've not seen this behavior in any of my games, though this was a reported bug in a previous version of fuel wings, V 3.15 was supposed to have fixed it. I'm not sure why it's cropped back up, nor how to fix it, will need to investigate.

    I've tested it this bug somehow occurred to me only when I down scaled fuel container ( including wings ) with tweak scale.

    I've had that happen to me without this mod. Usually it's caused by a part clipping into a bunch of different colliders on multiple parts of your vessel. The game freaks out when you have too much clipping. Only solution I know of is to pick apart your vessel until you find it and launch more and more stripped down versions of your ship, get rid of the offending part, and rebuild your craft.

    but  when I uninstall this mod, my vessel work just fine.
