Just to add another data point on the config.xml issue. I had the same problem this morning. I don't believe it's directly related to install. I deleted the old config (it too had a negative ymax value). I uninstalled trajectories and reloaded and it. Than I looked at several craft and on the third or fourth one it switched into "Line mode". This config file did not have a negative Y value though. I deleted the config file and went back into KSP and to the best of my abilities tried to do the same things but can't reproduce the problem. This is the 2nd bad config file. There are two differences between this file and the first bad config.
