If you ignore the update popup on startup, this mod is completely compatible with the current version of the game. You may have modify the version file and/or replace the included HideEmptyTechNodes mod with the standalone version, all of which are explained above in this thread.

Can confirm augers do nothing in 1.2.2 (don't have the KIS/KAS/other mods, just this and MechJeb and Historical Tech Tree) Building wasn't working either, but I tested it using Bill (Bob? Who's the engineer?) in a workshop on the runway, and apparently had -9 production efficiency so maybe that's why...

Out of curiosity, how come modifying the .version file to say major 1 minor 2 patch 2 doesn't stop it complaining like with other mods?

You can edit the "HPTechTree.version" file in notepad and change the KSP_VERSION line to say {"MAJOR":1, "MINOR":2, "PATCH":1} and it'll stop complaining when you load it. Nothing got broken by 1.2->1.2.1, except you might have to remove the included hide empty tech tree nodes files and download the mod yourself (as already explained above).

Also not showing those nodes, which appears is due to them being empty (in stock*, anyway). I removed the three ETT (remove empty tech tree nodes) files from the folder and they show up again, but just don't really do anything besides allow you to get the next nodes since they offer no parts. This is fine for me for now while we wait for an update. Loving this mod, btw! *not completely stock, I have this mod, MJ, and Extraplanetary Launchpads (without KIS/KAS/whatever that recommended but optional mod for it is) installed

Same issue with "incompatible mod" detected, but only if I launch 64bit KSP; 32bit KSP doesn't complain. No issues that I've found yet with the mod on 32bit... Only mods I have are Mechjeb 2.5.7, EL 5.3, and modual manager 2.6.22 (all fresh installed because 1.1)
