Ok, looking back to the first couple hours of KSP I played, I didn't make orbit, i didnt make suborbital, heck I barely made it off the pad without something going horribly wrong (poor jeb).
After 1000+ hours on PC, I have gained a knowledge for space flight and orbital mechanics that would have never been possible for me anywhere else. I didn't even make it to the mun until 100+ hours.
Given my limited experience I do think that the PS4 version is difficult to play and has issues, BUT, if I give up on it now that would be like giving up in the PC version after it crashing on me a thousand times. (I started playing with version .90, which was fairly stable).
Going back to my original point, look at it from the point of view of someone with little experience on the PC (who may or may not be an avid PC gamer) with that perspective i could see how it could get a great review! I would have given KSP .90 a great review 3 hours after i started playing it as well.
