Thanks a lot to everyone Another little question: does "polar orbit" mean a 90 degree inclination for all planets in KSP?

Hello, I have just launched a probe to Eve and entered a 400km circle orbit above Eve. When I try to do the orbital survey, it tells me," You must be in a polar orbit......" like this. But the same thing didn't happen with another probe(they are same) at Moho. So what should I do? Adjust the angle of my orbit? Thanks a lot!
