  1. It seems that the problem was caused by Scatterer. After reading through the log I found that there was a missing file in one of the folder. After restoring the missing file, KSP works fine.
  2. I installed KSP on the Win 10 partition (before I used it under MacOS) and I installed the same mods I had before the update. After some troubleshooting I found that the problem I was experiencing was caused by Scatterer. I removed all the mods and installed them back one at a time, until I found the one that was causing the issue. Basically, the games loads correctly but when I start a scenario (any kind) data starts to increase in RAM at a rate of 250-300MB per second, until it reaches 32 GB (16GB RAM + 16GB virtual memory). The task manager graph indicates a steady rate throughout. Upon filling up the memory, KSP crashes because of an access violation error (I guess no more addresses are available). I can replicate the problem each and every time with scatterer installed (alone, no other mods that use it). If I remove scatterer, the game is perfectly playable. What can I do? I would like to have those awesome graphics back! -------------------------- Edit: I seem to have found a possible cause. There was a png file missing in the "config" folder (in the log there is a series of "IsolatedStorageException: Could not find file" errors). Maybe the code could be changed in order to make sure that if a file is not found scatterer doesn't start an endless loop.
  3. Ok, as expected it looks like a mod problem. I will try to add a mod at a time to see what is causing the problem and then I'll contact the mod publisher. Thanks!
  4. Hi! I installed KSP 1.2 on the Windows partition of my computer. I haven't tried it before on windows (I used it on the MacOS partition and it worked). I use a MacBook Pro with 16GB DDR3. The problem is that the RAM becomes full while the game is running and then the program crashes. I checked the resources and it seems that after loading KSP the RAM holds about 6GB of data (I have some mods). When I start a scenario, the amount of data in RAM starts to increase at a rate of about 250-300 MB per second. When the RAM is full, data is placed in the virtual memory. When the count reaches 32 GB (16GB RAM + 16GB virtual memory) the game crashes with an access violation error. I tried to reduce texture complexity and the graphic settings in general, but the crash happens anyway... it's just a matter of time after loading a scenario. I will try to remove all the mods to see if that is the cause of the problem anyway.
  5. Hi! I installed kopernicus in order to use Stock Visual Environment and Stock Visual Terrain. The problem is that I experience a graphical issue and in the SVT thread I was told to write here in the topic related to kopernicus. In the main menu and when altitude is (I think) greater than about 100km (and I checked only kerbal) I see some kind of yellow "wireframe" texture instead of the correct photorealistic one. Here is a screenshot displaying the problem in the main menu (it is exactly the same in game): In the other thread they suspect it is a problem caused by OpenGL. I use KSP on MacOS 10.11.6. Thank you!
  6. I get the same weird wireframe style issue as posted above. It is visible in the menu and when in orbit. On ground and up to I think 100km the visuals are fine (actually they are great!), but above the problem appears again. I run KSP on MacOS. SVE and scatter installed with CKAN, SVT manually. Is there a way to solve the issue? I'll try to remove SVE and change the resolution level to see if it makes any difference.
