I noticed that I can't open inventories while not in VAB or SPH

All shine I can see is white all the time, maybe it's because I use 64-bit version

when I now tried out the Pre release versions, and it worked fine, except for one problem: Can't open kerbal inventory. I can open cargo box, but I can't open kerbal's inventory

Hello everyone. I just wanted to know if there is any mod which is simmilar to KIS and KAS (Kerbal Inventory System and Kerbal Attachment System) or the 1.2 release date for these two mods, because I would really try to modify my ships while in orbit. And also why does Real Plume disable other engine smoke effects
