    Hi guys...

    I might actually do something on this forum because i’m not very active at all.

    I try to go on every week but somethings get in the way. Thing like recently my old ipad(4th Gen) was changed to a newer IPad Pro(2017). Also trips and holidays. My family recently had to do a 4000km trip to Sydney and back to get a spool(spa-pool). Also there is the school holidays which for my state ends today. Still doesn’t really explain why I’ve not been active for 2+ Months.

    Today I've learnt something.

    NEVER  push the front brakes on a bicycle super hard when about to crash.

    ONLY do so if you want to at least sustain these injuries:
