  1. Hey @StevenLawyer, you found an old thread dating back in september 2016. ;) This are my two tools - they run in the browser. The first one is for satellite spacing and the second one is for moving a satellite in synchronous orbit over a designated degree of longitude.
  2. Finally I found a decent flat spot on the Mun south pole, where I get almost 70% of the year sunlight for the solar panels.
  3. Thanks for your suggestion, looks very interesting. But I try to keep my game mostly vanilla - except for some helping mods like KER, KAC...
  4. I play KSP since Dec 2016. The first two weeks I played on normal to learn a little about the basics of the game. Then I began a new carreer with the hard preset and some personal settings: save/load enabled, extra groundstations disabled, require signal for control on, plasma blackout on, g-force limits on etc. With that little more harder settings (than the hard preset suggests), personally I enjoy the game even more. For example I love to build relay networks that would be otherwise not required..
  5. You are welcome. Outer Planets Mod... I play the game for about a one and a half month now and my farthest trip was to Duna.
  6. Ah ok, I'll check it out! Thank you for your help. For now I'll try to accept only contracts with asteroids without base building. Hopefully the problem will get fixed.
  7. Hello, I want to show you my very first ship, which was build for a contract to bring a class D asteroid in a stable orbit around Minmus. It has 4 atomic engines, an ISRU to convert the resources of the asteroid to refuel itself. Fully fuelled it has about 300 m/s delta V on an 420t asteroid. http://imgur.com/YGB28kl http://imgur.com/JxCPSNp
  8. Glad I could help. I also checked the difficulty settings when starting a new game and found nothing what would affect the gained XP.
  9. @TykoI play mostly vanilla (KER, KAC, Docking Alignment, Transfer Window Planner) and have never seen something like "Autostrut"?! @Foxster So the best would be to avoid building large bases on an asteroids?I have already build some medium sized orbital stations and only got wobbling when I docked a new part or a ship on it. The time warp trick usually got rid of the wobbling and I have never expierienced such a massive wobbling effect like wobbling on the asteroid.
  10. I checked the XP of my Kerbals in my carreer mode game: Flag on Mun 5 XP, Flag on Minmus 6 XP. The other gained XP are like the ones in the Wiki but rounded numbers. The mods I have installed are: KER. KAC, Transfer window planner, Chatterer, Docking Port Alignment. Regarding the processing lab: As far as I understand, the lab will level up the kerbals the same way like if you recover a vessel on kerbin after a mission. (Sorry for my bad english :))
  11. Hello, recently i got a contract to catch an asteroid and to build a base on it. So i catched my very first asteroid (420t weight). Brought it into a stable orbit around Minmus and began to build a base on it. First everything was fine, but with every new part attached with grabbing units to the asteroid becomes more wobbly. Especially if you switch from the tracking center to the asteroid, or if I quit time warp everything wobbles like crazy. It seems like that the grabbing units aren't anymore at the original place I positioned them. I think that happens over time or if I change the center of mass of the asteroid base. Have you also seen such a behavior and how to I prevent that? Thanks in advance. (Sorry for my bad english, because it's not my native language.)
  12. Hello, firstly thanks for the gread mod. I love how it's possible to customize everything but especially the hud elements are a very helpful improvement to the game. I have also 2 questions regarding KER. 1. The "Time to Rendevouz" from KER isn't the same as the time showed in the map view at the separation marker. How do I have to interpret the time given by KER correctly? 2. Is it possible to show the separation (distance) between the two vessels at the rendevouz time? Like the separation distance in the map view? Thanks in advance. (Sorry for my bad english, because it's not my native language. )
