  1. Bought the game for 15USD in april 2012, i'm still waiting on multiplayer. Who cares about this DLC...
  2. I see only one proper solution. Agreed warp like paradox games has. Player A wants to warp forward in time, and presses the time warp button. Player B finishes whatever he's doing and also presses the time warp button. And we have time warp x2. Any player should be able to cancel time warp at any given time. And any player could do all functions at base like research, upgrades, shipdesign and so on regardless of what time warp is Active. The instances thing does create all sorts of time paradoxes.. and that means No reverting also.. Also an option for Coop mode and competitive mode would be fun. Where in Coop mode, you could share research, reputation, kerbals, ships and base buildings, ect. But in competitive mode you would have different of base location and not shared reseach, rep, kerbals, ships, ect. You could infact sabotage your friendly neighbours launchpad.. anyone see a cold war becomming hot? Space race? Star wars?!! Make this a 20usd DLC and i would buy a 10 pack for my friends!
  3. I would gladly pay 2 or 3 Times for the same game with proper multiplayer. I have used Dmp alot and it works for most of the time, but have buggs with reputation, recovery, kerbals goes MIA, and some desynch with crafts left behind even thoug the other player have recovered it. However a mod or a game done properly would work. I am 100% sure of it. There are diffrent ways of synching up with other players, and there is allways the option of "agreed" time warp. For 2-3 players that is enough. And if Squad made the same game with this kind of mechanic i would pay atleast a 100USD for it. There us also someone wokring on a mod partly based on code From Dmp called LMP (Lunar multiplayer). But it is really early, and i would give them my money and time if they can catch up with the functionality of DMP.
  4. I have 2 major problems with playing with DMP and carrer mode. I have a server on my computer, and we are 2 players. First problem is the severe loss of reputation whenever another player recovers his ship, (or crashes his ship). DMP thinks the ship is lost, and the kerbal is killed or MIA. So it applies a reputation penalty. Would it be possible to set a flag to the Kerbals and Ships so that the last user "owns" this kerbal or ship. And in case any of them are lost it's only applied to the "owner"? The other problem is the Desynch of missing kerbals, and duplication of them. When we recover and only 1 player is loggged in to the game, everything is fine. But when 2 players are logged in and we recover all sorts of crazy stuff happends to those kerbals. It seems they have a hard time getting expirience. And they are sometimes renamed, and sometimes KIA/MIA. I really wish i could contribute to solve this problem by changing the code. But i'm not skilled enough and have no knowledge of the code of this mod. As it is now, carrer mode is unplayable with DMP. And it's rather sad. If possible, It would be nice to have a COOP-carrer mode. Where you can share science tree, credits, reputation, and kerbals. If that makes it any easyer to code in. Have the DMP mod use only 1 set of files to read of and send to each client. Than we could also share the KSC buildings and upgrades, and even active missions.. But i'm not sure if this is possible.
