  1. would be nice to have some small milestone achievements or something, not that big a deal
  2. omg thank you @SQUAD for the update! I play on 2 computers and managing the saves between them is a nightmare! Steam workshop integration is awesome too~
  3. the problem is that i used the most simple design, and the asparagus did not work. this is the reason why i think that this is a bug with my installation of kerbal space program. here is my craft file so you can try it out and check the design. http://www.mediafire.com/file/3rx8ijykf00ipkk/%230005_Mun_transport.craft/file
  4. I mean that all the 4 outside boosters (not the SRBs) are draining at the same rate. The fuel ducts are in the right setup, fuel flow priorities are at the default. (could you maybe elaborate on this?) and i did not change the crossfeed settings. yes, the 4 boosters are decoupled the way that they are set up with the fuel ducts. (in sets of 2, first 2, then the next 2, leaving the central booster to circulize) the decouplers are doing what they are supposed to do, the way that the rocket is built is that the asparagus setup is not connected radially, but vertically to the transfer stage. They don't matter. I set it up that the SRBs will be drained, and the main rocket is still running. They are there to just give the rocket a little boost when taking off. (usually, when the SRBs are separated, the main rocket asparagus setup is half full.) Thanks for the quick reply, and hope that this clarifies some details.
  5. I recently decided to play KSP again, after taking a break. When i wanted to fly to the mun, my asparagus staging was not working. After doing some research and testing of my own, i found nothing wrong with my design. I have reason to believe that the fuel lines are not working and are bugged. The last time i played KSP was version 1.4.1, and i did not install any additional mods since 1.3 (only updated them). back in version 1.4.1, my asparagus worked. I have no idea how to fix this, if anyone has any ideas on what is going on i would be very happy.
  6. i have the same issue, my asparagus staging is not working. after testing, i found out that my fuel ducts are not doing their job. i am using ksp 1.4.3. Maybe it could have something to do with fuel flow priority? (advanced tweakables are on for me)
  7. The SSTO was meant to be a refueling ship for a mun space station that I was building. that is why I put the over-wing engines there, just to get the ship out of the atmosphere, just that once. Thanks for the tip! I just used the MK2 because they looked cool, and i thought that they were more aerodynamic. Matt Lowne also uses them, and i use him as my example... Thanks for the help. i will try that and see if it will help. Yeah... i know that i am playing for a while... but i am not professional, and i am still a teen. i only have about 30 hours under my belt... Anyways. Thanks to all of you for the help. I love the game, but when i hit such a big problem (and after so many failed attempts) i just stop playing. I am surprised at the response speed of the community. You rock!
  8. I have been playing KSP for a while now, but I have never managed to make an SSTO. the most recent SSTO that I made, it was partially successful, but it would not climb beyond 14km. when I start leveling out to gain speed, I need to angle my craft at 20 Degree angle to get the prograde marker to 0. if I straighten out more, I will start falling. when I get my Prograde to 0 Degrees, I am still losing speed! I made a mod to the craft (2 ramjets that I can detach, to help with the accent) and I still have the issue! I have looked on youtube and the forums for help, but nothing has helped me so far... I tried downloading SSTOcraft files as well... Please help me! Craft file: https://mega.nz/#!igI0gaIa!aUSLBf1D8VNdZ16HzjNJro6oqfI7PQmG_jBhJiVk_Z4
