should I delete the entire folder and then uninstall it or the other way around?

I'm fine with just resetting the entire game, I don't need any of my saves. But I tried reinstalling and all of the mods were still there. Is there a way to like 'factory reset' the game? So it is as if it's brand new again?

So I just re-installed Kerbal Space Program after I uninstalled it because it wouldn't start up at all. But now that I have re-installed it, it will load halfway, and then crash. Yes I have mods installed, please help, I can't play at all and I love this game. This is the error I get, not sure if it will help or if you need more of the error. Let me know? mono.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module mono.dll at 0023:100704db.

I didn't opt for a specific beta, it's set to "Opt out of all betas" And in the update section I have it set for always keeping this game up to date. So I don't know why it hasn't updated it's self yet. I don't see any options for forcing an update so how do I do this?

So I installed Kerbal Space Program a few moths sago, and it never updated to version 1.3 I've looked all over the internet to find a way to update it but i just can't. I have version 1.2.2 right now and really want to update to version 1.3 How do I update to away with words/ version 1.3?
