Would just like to say...this is still a problem that is happening with recently started saved games. But the KML fix does work. (I don't know if sharing my details will help nail down the cause, but I have a fueling station in orbit of Minmas that went bonkers when I docked a craft that was a lot older than it to it. Every single docking port went kaput.)
