KneeBall News Exclusive Report!
Tragedy struck last night as a series of mechanical and engineering failures lead to to the deaths of several Kerbalnauts. The deaths come at a bad time following 3 deaths earlier this year, one including our beloved Jebediah Kerman.
Anti exploration demonstration groups are popping up in almost every city, demanding that KneeBall Space industry, "Ends the systematic slaughter of our people". The space exploration company lead by Caption Kneeball has delayed commenting on the indecent until this morning, further enraging the mobs of critics. The companies response seems to be in the form of a mission debrief / overview and a job recruitment ad.

Bardock Kerman's Final Moments
Bird 3.3 Flight Test:
Crew: Bill Kerman (Scientist)
Mission: Take off, do a circle around field and land.

Bill Kerman's brush with death
Grasshopper Test 1:
Crew: Bill and Bob Kerman (Scientist, Engineer)
Mission: Take off, fly over a point to the south of space center at 17,000 km and take a crew report
Mission Status: Failure
Mission Notes: Ship went up too high (50,000 km), pilots lost control and were unable to pull out of reentry dive. Lost both crew members
Bill and Bob Kerman's final moments
Grasshopper Test 2:
Crew: Sigski Kerman (Engineer)
Mission: Take off, fly over a point to the south of space center at 18,000 km and take a crew report
Mission Status: Success
Mission Notes: Ship went up, crew report obtained and ship came down.
Flea Test:
Crew: None (Computer Controlled)
Mission: Take off, Test Flea Solid Rocket engine between 17,000km and 21,000km alt and at speeds between 250m/s and 350m/s
Mission Status: Overwhelmingly Success
Mission Notes: Ship went up with way more fuel and power than it needed. Control center was able to use the liquid rocket engines as brakes on reentry and almost guided the ship back to the pad. Fuel shortage almost caused a catastrophic failure but quick actions from the controllers allowed for a safe landing and tons of new data to digest. This may pave the way for a new method for recovering lift vehicles.
Fun Ride 1:
Crew: Desoly and Wilald Kerman (Tourists)
Mission: Take off, do a circle around Kerben and safely return the tourists to the ground (alive).
Mission Status: Failure (but no one died)
Mission Notes: Ship went up, did half circle, came down with everyone walking away. Need more power to get ship into orbit.
Fun Ride 2:
Crew: Desoly and Wilald Kerman (Tourists)
Mission: Take off, do a circle around Kerben and safely return the tourists to the ground (alive).
Mission Status: Success
Mission Notes: Ship went up, did circle around Kerben.
Rescue One:
Crew: None (Computer Controlled)
Mission: Take off, rendezvous with stranded Scientist in orbit around Kerben
Mission Status: Failure
Mission Notes: Ship went up, did circle, came down. Not enough fuel for rescue.
Rescue Two:
Crew: None (Computer Controlled) +1 Rescued Scientist (Zelry Kerman)
Mission: Take off, rendezvous with stranded Scientist in orbit around Kerben
Mission Status: Success
Mission Notes: Ship went up, did circle around Kerben, ran out of electrical power. Waited for a long time for orbit to change so sun could power solar cells. Adjusted course and rendezvoused with stranded scientist. Offered job to rescued scientist or we would not take her back to surface, she accepted job.
Now accepting applications for Pilots, Scientist and Engineers at KneeBall Space Industries
