I have consistent problems with Tourism missions since the DLC landed.....It seems completely hit or miss as to weather or not they will complete...Hopefully they will fix this quickly was really excited to use the new Soyuz pods for this in career...now i'm just ignoring the missions altogether until they drop a patch.
