This is not a debug log issue - for low Kerbin orbit rescue mission - used to get 2 messages - now i get 50 most of which are spam. I have only one mod Kerbal Engineer and the save was stared in 1.4.1.

I am getting this as well - sometimes over 100 - I play mainly in contract mode and its close to a game breaker for me.
