I'm trying to use the Landing Guidance function but it won't land. It disables all use of the rocket (throttle, sas, warp) but it won't do anything beyond that. I've read conflicting posts on the matter so that's why I'm making a new post.

I've had people tell me that you can get orbital science over individual biomes even if you got it when landed and I seem to remember doing that once. But when I try it lately I'm not getting any science over a biome that I collected science on the ground from. So do I get science from the ground and orbit on/over the same biome or not?

I have a vessel in high kerbin orbit but I can't switch to it. When in Tracking Station the option is greyed out and when I am on a vessel I can control and go to map mode holding the mouse over the other vessel, instead of the "switch to" option it says "view in tracking station". Why can't I switch to it? I have not changed mods since launching the vessel.

I recently reverted from 1.5 to 1.4.5 and now when I right click on a part, like a docking port, "Aim here" or whatever it was is gone. No part at all has this option anymore. I'm not sure if I can fix this or not. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I (stupidly) updated to 1.5 without making a copy of the game or my save files and found many problems. Long story short I now have a reverted 1.4.5 game back and I also put back all the mods. When I click on the saved game it says the save file is incompatible with the current version. I was hoping there was some way to fix this.

I'm wondering if someone has this same problem. When I switch parts to different stages the part gets "stuck" and I can't move it anymore. It actually stops directly over other parts. And once I used the middle scroll wheel on the mouse and the entire stage column disappeared through the top of the screen. This is making the game unplayable because once the part/stage disappears I can't tell when that stage will activate. I already sent a bug report but I just wanted to see if it's happening to anyone else.

I have Window Transfer Planner. That mod has a feature to copy the info into KAC. KAC then has a button that allows you to see the ejection angle of the information. I would like to see PM have a button to put a maneuver on the exact spot of the ejection angle. I'll post a pic the next time I fire up KSP

If I may suggest an update to this. Maybe a button for ejection angle that goes along with Kerbal Alarm Clock? That way a maneuver can be put in the exact spot you need to start your ejection burn.

I'm doing the TMA contracts but when I try to do TMA-7 on the Mun it won't trigger. I'm at the monolith but nothing pops up and the contract stays unfinished. Not sure what to do.

I am doing the investor tour contract for the casino and I"m trying to get the R&D building done but I don't know where the waypoint is. I go to map view but the tracking station is coving up the clickable waypoint. So where do I take this kerbal to fulfill that objective? EDIT: Never mind. On the left side of the image, there are the SCANSat icons. That is what I used to scan with. I guess I'm getting confused with whether or not I need an actual scanner on the ship because the icons make the scan look like its working without one. The scanner on the ship was an M700 Survey Scanner. I was just looking for resources on Kerbin and while I was up there I tried the SCANSat icons.

So I did a biome scan both with kerbnet and with scansat and neither was helpful. The map legend gave a color key to each biome, but there is nothing on the map that was generated nor on the map in the game. I took a pic of the scansat map. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but I can't figure it out. I did the below scan with the sidebar icons. Do I need a specific scanner on my ship?

I'm looking for the Kontainer Tank(05m) in the R&D building but I can't seem to find it. What can you tell me what category that would be under? -
I installed the map into the KSPedia but I can't find where it is. What category do I find the map? I have opened the most obvious categories with no luck. EDIT: Never mind. I installed it the wrong way. I got it now.

I'm trying to use the landing guidance of mechjeb to land at the KSC but it doesn't work. When I activate the autopilot for landing the plane flips and flops around like a dead bird falling out of the sky. This is my first time using Mechjeb for anything. I'm terrible with landings so I thought I could use this. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? EDIT: I answered my own question. I was using the wrong guidance. I was using the landing guidance for a rocket not for a plane. Sorry but there is no delete function for posts that I can see.

I opened a new game and the alternate sites are on it. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but when I made this save file I did not have Making History. I bought it when the file was already in use. Could that have anything to do with it? The right output file: https://goo.gl/Hd2drM EDIT: I just looked deeper into the settings and found where to turn on alternate sites. I just went into the settings of the existing file while the file was running, clicked on difficulty settings at the top of the window and clicked on allow other launch sites. I didn't have that turned on in the existing save file. Thank you for letting me work this out.
