Red Burn Time Indicator

Yeah, burn indicator is bit broken after last patch, but from my experience it is only for NERVs, which can be problematic if you use them often. Good news is, mechjeb is able to execute maneuver correctly, no matter the status of burn indicator. So until it is patched, mechjeb is probably only option for NERVs.
