failed to download, forbidden

i bought it from the official website -
I got ksp in 2015 from the website. now i want to play it on my new pc and after the download is complete, it corrupts and says "failed to download, forbidden". every time on every browser. i even tried on a virtual machine ubuntu and macOS as well. does anyone know how to fix this. Thanks in advance.
