Vanilla KSP, no mods. Have only 1 strategy active at 95% commitment: "Unpaid Research Program" It says it takes 95% of gains, instead I see (after each mission) my reputation declining, even if it states that it should give +1 to reputation. It should be noted that I didn't fail any missions in this campaign, but completed all of them successfully.
