Is there a video tutorial how to add custom decals? I'm afraid doing it wrong

Is it possible to make action groups only work by holding a key, not just switching?

I want to make ailerons on the plane go only up using robotic parts. But I want to set a key for each aileron to roll (E for rolling right and Q for rolling left). I`ve just started doing crafts with robotic parts and this plane is my first craft with them.

I docked two spacecrafts with fuel using Clamp-O-Tron Docking Port Jr. and tried to transfer fuel from one spacecraft to other and it didn`t work. I don`t have buttons on fuel tanks when I select them. (Idk how to explain, sorry for my bad English) What should I do? (I have VAB lvl2, Launchpad lvl2, SPH lvl2 and other buildings lvl1). Should I upgrade something? I also have MH and BG DLCs

How do you think about adding parts like drag spoilers and small fins on Blue Origin's New Shepard rocket?

Why new DLC is not downloading in game. I bought it in Steam as MH DLC and downloaded it, but it isn’t downloading in game. It tried fully stock KSP, it isn’t working! What should i do?
