All the robotic parts get stuck on a certain angle sometimes for me, I think it might have something to do with copying. Then it was mentioned before, that they need to be attached to nodes properly, so holding alt while attaching them seems to help. Can't replicate anything consistently though... At least building from scratch has always helped, but that might be a lot of work sometimes

Have you chosen the suit in VAB/SPH? It's where you assign crew to seats.
