Do you have mods? I have the exact problem but im pretty sure its caused by one of the mods I have -
I am trying to create my own version of Spacex's Starship, but it always burns up on reentry. Are there any mods for heat shield panels?

I found a mod that I really want to get, but it requires Kopernicus for it to work. I used to have Kopernicus, but it was causing a glitch that made all of the solar panels not generate any electricity. Is there a way to keep Kopernicus and fix the glitch?
