Its a bug. Most likely if you look at the contract whilst on the launch pad it won't have a tick next to have have rt 10 hammer attached. You will also get the same issue with the flea -

I'm currently having the issue with the hammer, haul at a speed and altitude. I am noticing that its not detecting the part is attached. As next to have rt-10 Hammer the check box isn't turning green. Does anyone else notice that as part of their issue.
