I confirmed it after leaving this mod as the only mod installed in GameData. I don't use CKAN btw

This is a very useful mod... but then I can't seem to make it work on 1.12. It'd be great to see this work again...

It appears this mod is hit by the 1.12 update. KSP is stuck at loading screen ("Loading Part Upgrades") when started with this mod.
