  1. That sounds more of a problem with launching from sea in KSP1. I admittedly have not tried that.
  2. really? Because I do this kind of thing with landers all the time in KSP 1 and have never seen any issues. I also do not recall seeing my map data vanish.
  3. It doesn't give info when I hover over it and it just follows my craft around. I was nowhere near the AP according to the hud info when taking that screenshot. Either way it is clearly glitched out at this point anyway
  4. Trying to upload image but it won't let me. Here is a link to steam upload. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2967282567
  5. In the map mode. no map lines for the current craft I am using.
  6. yes. sitting on the surface I have a bottom stage with landing gears and the engine turned off. There is a decoupler with an engine for the upper stage on top of that.
  7. While doing an Apollo style mun mission I loose Map data when launching from the mun. This happens consistently and specifically when I launch by staging with a coupling and an engine light simultaneously. I make a Mun lander with a decent and accent stage. for role play I leave my decent stage on Mun by shutting down the decent engine and setting staging to fire accent engine and coupling next while at full throttle. If I fire the coupling and then engine back to back it is fine. If I launch with decent stage and then separate it is fine. When sitting on Mun and I stage with both it fails. Map data fails to load in map mode and if I save and reload once in orbit it gives me a completely different orbit still with no map data.
  8. I get the error that my vessel is destroyed but then could find the vessel again in the tracking station. After selecting it the option to undock was removed. I think there is a glitch when undocking were the game cannot decide which craft to focus on then just focuses on neither and then gets confused and spits out a vessel destroyed error.
  9. When trying to move my entire craft strait up to make the lower stages the translate tool is missing when I select root part. This is so useful when moving the entire craft around compared to click and drag which often throws the craft to the side of the VAB.
  10. It would be nice to see life support requirements in KSP2. I am surprised they were never added to the first game, and I know that there are always mods for that but if life support requirements are native then we won't have to juggle compatibility issues over this. Make it optional for difficulty purposes and keep it simple but please add as this is an intrinsic issue to overcome in real space travel.
