Hey, Each Soyuz is missing ok.sa part. Why?

Hello, I don't like stock KSP skybox, so I installed Pood's Milky Way, but I think it doesn't work. Should it look like that? Additionally at higher altitudes, when looking from the top, I see only a black skybox - no stars and other stuff. But on the same alt, when looking from the down, I can see the whole skybox (Distance Object is ofc installed, screens below). Anyone? Hey! Recently I added some new mods to my collection, for example CanaveralPads with the LC39 pad, I installed it through CKAN, so any other required mods are installed as well (I checked it). But when I want to select launch pad from theKerbal Konstructor menu in VAB, I can't do it, simply there is nothing here except KSC LaunchPad. Anyone know the reason?

Hello, Recently, I wanted to try vessels mods from the steam and KSP forum, every mod I installed had locked or invalid parts. I of course read readme and installed required mods, but still, it does not work. Any fix for that? Next problem - not working options + problem with entering some facilities. After installing mods, I can enter only astronaut complex, when I click on other buildings nothing happens. Also "leave facility" and "Quit to the main menu" options don't work.
