Hello , my brother gave me PS4 after he upgraded to 5 ! Working all good ,done factory reset am now I can’t connect the controller ! So stuck on page connect the control an press ps button ! I’m not using PlayStation usb would this be a prob even thou it’s charging the control! thank you
