That is true,but maybe they could enable a combat mode or something. You are right though, it's an exploration game, not a fighting game.

I think that a weapons system would be really cool to have similar to BD armory.Also, like in BD armory, maybe an AI flight controller.

I think that a system for making your own mods and custom parts would be awesome.Something that allows for a part to have moving components as well.
