I hope we can do some wacky shenanigans to land on Jool like HoDeok did with KSP1.

NERV Engines are kinda lame, I like doing missions hollywood-style.

Stranded Lander started following A theory on Duna's history.
-
Recently, I got curious about how certain planets in the Kerbolar system have come to be. I decided to start collecting a bunch of science reports from Duna and recording parts of the mission itself in order to make a theory on Duna's history, and here's the result. Hope you enjoy!

Give Laythe a moon by transporting a J-class comet into its orbit. If I'm being crazy and J-class doesn't spawn, get an I-class comet instead. Oh, and call it Liff.

Perhaps Gilly would be an interesting place to colonise. I think the bar for skyscrapers over there is quite low.

Although Dres isn't that particularly interesting, one thing has always interested me about it: there's an unquantifiable amount of natural satellites orbiting Dres in a ring-like formation. I'm curious as to how Dres got this ring and I'd like to hear your thoughts on it.

I discovered an asteroid on a solar orbit that is predicted to enter Kerbin's SOI and collide with the planet. I'm not entirely sure how to tackle this issue.

Varying Input Latency
Stranded Lander replied to Stranded Lander's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (PC, unmodded installs)
It's not just large spacecraft having poor movement times. Some of the most basic spacecraft and aircraft I have built can take about 5 seconds to move after I press a key at worst. This doesn't seem to be the case for when I use my mouse to click on buttons. -
The Name Change Thread (WARNING! ONE TIME ONLY!)
Stranded Lander replied to Souper's topic in Kerbal Network
Hello, could you change my name to "Stranded Lander"? Thanks. -
What do you think the Mystery goo really is ?
Stranded Lander replied to ouion's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I have 3 theories on this: The goo is from outer space, possibly from magic boulders or regular asteroids, evidenced from the scientific result, "The goo feels right at home here.", which is taken in space. The goo is a bi-product of the strange substance the R/D department uses for fuel, evidenced by the mysterious green substance found on the launch pad. The goo is of Joolean nature, evidenced from the scientific result, "The goo feels right at home here.", which is taken while descending into Jool's atmosphere. Theories 1 and 2 are equally likely, but theory 3 is less likely. -
Not too long ago, I started suffering from input latency which varies from time to time, but seems to get worse when I make more complicated ships. To put it into simpler terms, when I press a key, the game doesn't respond for a short time (5 seconds at most) before it registers the input. I think it has something to do with how the game runs calculations, but if there is any way to fix it or at least lessen its effects, please share it with me.

Hello! I'm new to the forums, but I've played KSP for a couple years now, even though my competence has only been existent for a few months. So far, I've gotten to Minmus and back (except Jeb is now stuck mid-orbit around Kerbin), but not the Mun. I can already tell the KSP forums is a nice place with a welcoming community, which is something very few forum websites are blessed with.
