I can confirm that with a fresh install of 1.12.2 and the newest version of this mod - i'm still getting the same issue i posted above. Does anybody have any ideas?

I'm not sure what's going on here - but none of the Thermal engines have propellant or the option to change propellants (clicking the button brings up an empty box.) Any ideas or places i should look at? This is in 1.12.3 with the latest release of KSPIE w/ included dependencies. No other mods are currently in use.
