Anyone know how to add Volumetric clouds to RSS?

With the weather thing, will there be any wind? or compatibility with a wind mod to simulate higher winds or something durings storms, rain etc. Also will there be snowfall in the months of winter?

Literally Ksp 2 but in a earlier date and its just visuals instead of parts!
