how do i install ckan? im trying to download this mod, but i cant find out how exactly to download CKAN. otherwise could someone please explain to me how exactly im supposed to install the file properly?

I'm brand new to KSP, and I am trying to figure out how to successfully make fun interesting ships, and trying to use the thuds liquid fuel engines separately, and use my mammoth engine separately. so they don't activate at the same time. how do you use multiple custom action groups at different times?
