Saving & Loading Cannot Load/Start Campaigns. Freeze at "Pumping Sim Once"

I have the same problem and I am considering refunding this game as its not worth 50€ at all. I could get it to load once and then getting stuck at "Pumping Sim Once". CPU, GPU and disk usage drop to nearly 0%. Even MSFS is less wonky.
