Saving & Loading Cannot Load/Start Campaigns. Freeze at "Pumping Sim Once"

Same problem as most of commentors, stuck at loading screen when I start campaign. Loading kerbal roaster data. I've tried almost everytihng as most of the people but it seems not working at all for this problem.
