Cant create Campaign

Seeing the same issue on first computer tried running on. System is running Windows 11. Cleaned up space on my Windows 10 laptop (only had 16GB free, needed more space) and once installed on that, it loaded up and ran with no issues (other than some fins on launch pad for a second going super long than back to normal (have GeForce RTX 3050, i7, 32GB RAM on that computer)). I do have some other hardware OS combinations I will test out this weekend to see if I notice a pattern.
