I also got it, I just saved and reloaded and that fixed it.

same problem, but you can destroy debris in the map view, it's only the tracking station that doesn't work

I tried to build a station in LKO, all was going fine but after the first docking I returned to the KSC and reloaded the station, when it reloaded I witnessed what looked like the aftermath of one of the worst kraken attacks ever, the craft broke in multiple pieces and a lot of them where teleported in an escape trajectory of Kerbin. Any idea on how to avoid such Kraken attacks until a fix is out?
