Saving & Loading Cannot Load/Start Campaigns. Freeze at "Pumping Sim Once"

I also got the exact same problem when I load in the game, but for me, I tried to open ksp2.exe as admin and it successfully load in the first time of every new installment (I downloaded it again). It also loads sometines for whatever reasons, but for the most time, it is keep on crashing. It is so inconsistance of when it will load and when it wil crash.
