when quick loading it is possible to pause the game when you are in the loading screen, which also stops the game from loading any further. this is only possible when you have loaded more than 60% by spamming the button to slow down time. i was only this able to replicate in the quick loading screen
while trying to replicate it i got into to VAB while having paused the game which seems to have made it so the the parts wont load, i also couldn't pan the camera around (i wasnt able to replicate this so it could have been caused by something else)
