    Um what which comment. Btw I don't get how to use the universal balloon. I went to advanced, find the electric category and found it. but I don't get how to use it. Are there any tutorials on how to use it?

    I only have a few mods cuz I am kinda (definitely) noob. List of mods I have: BDarmory and its addon North Kerbin Dynamics KSP Recall Modulemanager Planetary base MechJeb and 2 DLCs Yep thats it!
