A geostationary orbit is where you're orbiting at the same speed as the rotation of the planet thus always over one spot on the planet. It's useful for communications satellites as it only takes 3 to have a communication network all around a planet, like this:

I celebrated the Apollo 11 landing one day early; I finally beat BARIS (Buzz Aldrin\'s Race into Space) Granted, Deke Slayton was the first man on the moon (Who cares that he was grounded for medical reasons at the time?) Also might rewatch Apollo 13 tomorrow too.

Alright my first challenge. First off, I had a lot of fun (And a bit of frustration) doing this one, thanks to the creator of the challenge for creating this. Second off... Mods: If you want to use this design yourself, please do, all you need is the Damned Robotics pack, I used the rotaters for the engine steering as well as the hinges and the hydraulic cylinders for the catapult. Now here\'s some screenshots of the actual flight, in the VAB, landing, and such. First up, VAB shot (Actually Spaceplane Hangar, bad habit): Now, on the runway ready to move to a new launch site: On the way to the new launch site: Wait, we\'ve found a good launch site so let\'s launch: Now let\'s drop that booster And land: A few warnings: 1. Don\'t go too fast with the launch vehicle, it can reach 60 m/s but it collapses very easily at that speed. 2. Watch out when you adjust the hinges on the plane for takeoff, right is good, left is bad. 3. That booster is there to keep the plane moving while the jet engine warms up, make sure the throttle is at max when you launch. 4. There\'s a chance the booster will knock your engine off when you decouple, be careful, you can make an unpowered landing though. And that\'s it hope you all enjoyed it, and have fun using it!

Speaking as someone who bought the game after watching an LP, I think the benefits outweigh the fact that you could be making some money per video.

Gotta love unconventional-looking aircraft that still fly. Uncontrollable dives are somewhat a trademark of the real P-38s anyway. (Although they happened at high speed, not low speed)

How did you lengthen the landing gear on the side wheels? I could use that for the Me 262 I\'m making. (Has this nasty habit of flipping over during takeoff)

Oh yeah, I\'ve already got a few thiings like the KW Challenger Pack and the Robotics Pack, giant walking spiders with sidewinder missles ftw! Suffice to say, I\'m going to enjoy this game.
