If you are open to mods, Lazy Orbit has a "Landing" tab where you can set your longitude and latitude.
I'm unsure without booting the game up first but I would also think that Micro Engineer should display that info, likely under the "Surface" tab.
Edit: confirmed Micro Engineer displays coordinates in Surface tab.
