Hello, I am working towards the Return from Suborbital Trajectory (Unmanned) contract, so I decided to build essentially a clone of the US Viking sounding rocket, and despite tooling everything, it is going to take over 2 years to integrate with 48 engineers and rushing. Is there a way to speed this up? I saw mention of upgrading launch facilities but I don't know how to upgrade them beyond the dirt launchpad (like the level 1 launchpad in base KSP)
