I also encountered the same problem and it was related to parallax. I use parallax. I finished the game a few days ago, I wanted to try the physical collision of parallax so I change the cfg file. Then I got stuck on the loading screen, so I turned off physics collision and everything was back to normal.

How can i use Breaking Ground parts with RT, it seems no connection between deployable science parts and Communication satellite,no science points been transmitted.
