Someone help me, i couldnt use persistent thrust. Is there any other mods that can use time warp during engine burn?

Hi guys! my GPU is Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650(4gb). Before i restore my laptop i was playing around 70/80 fps on ksp, after i restore i can play around 20/25 now. GPU is also running at only 40%. What should I do to increase FPS and gpu performance? pls help!
