Light Year Tire Company, however the mission has nothing to do with that company. It should be proposed by Kerbal Space Center (since it's their legal department that's asking for help) or by Periapsis Rocket Supplies, since they're the ones who want us to prove that we can make a perfect circle.

Can confirm, was able to complete mission without the Science Jr. on my craft
