I just got KSP 2 on steam and I'm curious if the for science update made KSP 2 better performance wise

I just downloaded waterfall and whenever I activate RCS the plume can be seen through the capsule from the other side. Is there any ways of fixing this bug or any waterfall alternatives, thanks.
