It worked. I found that once the game starts I need to open the Mods option and Disable and then Enable all of them. Don't know why that is. But glad it worked!!

Unfortunately, it looks like the 2.4.1 update to UITK may have broken Flight Plan? No matter what I'm doing, when I click the Flight Plan option in the app list, nothing happens. No window popup. And I have verified that it is installed and enabled.
