The bug still persists in the latest version. How to solve it permanently manually. You only have to do it once as far as I can see. I have restarted the game thrice and it still works. Go in game and assiqn roll to a and d. Then yaw to q and r. Close game and go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Intercept Games\Kerbal Space Program 2\Global\InputBindings.json and open it with Notepad++. Change <Keyboard>/r to <Keyboard>/e.
