Bug: "Offset" gizmo appearing in the environment

I saw a glitch while i was doing EVA on Kerbin. The "Offset" gizmo that is used to move rocket/aircraft parts was appearing out of nowhere as I climbed towards the peak of mount valentina. The BUG: https://ibb.co/LPHSsSR And the peak of mount valentina: https://ibb.co/kGqH77h
